- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports on the condition of the properties.
- Ensure that inspections are carried out promptly and in line with scheduled timelines.
- Record maintenance and repair issues during inspections and liaise with contractors and property managers for resolution.
- Manage and maintain a busy diary, ensuring that all appointments and inspections are organized and completed efficiently.
- Prioritize urgent tasks, adhering to deadlines and ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders, both face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Previous experience within Residential Lettings is advantageous, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting properties and compiling reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy and ever-changing diary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and electronically.
- Confident, professional, and able to represent the company well.
- IT proficient, with experience in MS Office, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Must own a car and possess a clean driving license.
- Full-time salary ranging from £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience), including a basic salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and performance-related bonuses.
- Salary will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for part-time roles.
