Job Title - Sales Administrator

Location - Chelmsford

Salary - £26 -£27k pa (depending on experience)

Hours - Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm

We are delighted to be supporting our client with the hire of a Sales Administrator for their small business based in Chelmsford. They are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow within the business and end up taking a key part of the day to day running.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering phone and speaking to customers, booking jobs, quotes and return visits.
  • Preparing sales invoices and managing purchase invoices and statements.
  • Organise and manage uniform.
  • Vehicle management.
  • Stationery and Office supplies.

The right candidate would have the following skill set:

  • Must be proactive
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbal and written.
  • Willing and confident to use the phone with a professional nature.
  • Proficient PC skills within Microsoft office package.
  • Strong awareness of attention to detail.
  • Previous sales admin experience with processing orders.
  • Excellent time management skills, need to have the ability to organise/prioritise workload.
