We also have long-standing partnerships with established luxury vehicle customisation companies such as Overfinch, Onyx, Khan and Urban.

We are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family. We are currently recruiting for Sales Specialist to be welcomed into our friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting long-established brand.

This role will be on a permanent basis, offering OTE of up to £100,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • To sell prestige vehicles and products in line with all aspects of dealership trading policies and regulations;
  • Conduct appointments with customers;
  • Responding to all inbound enquiries (email, telephone, walk-ins);
  • Guide, inform, and educate all customers through our wide variety of stock and product options;
  • To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in the monthly customer satisfaction analysis (csi);
  • Deliver out vehicle demonstrations and drives;
  • To maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different cars, their features and characteristics such as specification engine size, mileage, fuel usability and colours;
  • Negotiate and conclude the sale, completing all appropriate paperwork and documentation;
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation right up to and including the delivery.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be aged over 23 due to insurance regulations;
  • Professional appearance and attitude;
  • Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership;
  • Good knowledge of financing would be advantageous;
  • A current and valid UK drivers licence;
  • A minimum of one years sales experience.

Hours: Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm, with one day off during the week. Saturday 9am-6pm, alternate Sundays 9am-5pm

£20,000 - £25,000 basic salary (DOE) + OTE uncapped
