Your new role and responsibilities:** Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to the SEN curriculum standards.** Provide high quality teaching that will enable pupils to make progress not just academically, but socially and emotionally.** Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.** Support and guide children to ensure that they feel valued and safe at all times.** Safeguarding children.** Liaise with SLT and parent's/ guardians regarding pupils progress and any concerns that may arise.** Ensure children are motivated and having fun during their lessons.** Adapt delivery of lessons to pupils needs.
