About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a thriving team in Chelmsford. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the branch. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of sales properties
  • Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to clients
  • Generate and convert sales leads through various channels
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
  • Handle viewings and provide exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Mentor and support junior team members
Skills and Experience for the Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Proven track record in residential sales with at least 2 years' experience
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the Chelmsford or surrounding areas property market
  • Full UK driving license
  • Familiarity with property software and CRM systems
