To excel in this position, the following qualifications and experience are essential:

• A NEBOSH General Certificate in Construction, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction sector.
• Technical membership of IOSH, reflecting your commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
• CITB membership at MAP level, showcasing your advanced knowledge and leadership in managing health and safety.

Your background should include substantial experience in health and safety advisory roles, preferably within the new build housing sector. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders to implement and uphold safety measures.
