We're looking for a dedicated English Lecturer to join a dynamic college in Chelmsford, teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English to learners aged 16-18 and adult students.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, empowering students with essential communication skills for both academic and professional success.

- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent or Temporary positions available
- Salary: Up to £40 per hour (hourly paid)

- Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

- Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to help them succeed
- Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and assessments
- Relevant qualifications in English Language or English Literature
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English (desirable but not essential)
- A passion for education and supporting learner progression
