As a reputable education recruitment agency, we are seeking an HLTA (or TA willing to undergo HLTA training) to start immediately on a daily supply basis. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, provide essential support to students, and have the opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teaching and learning across various subjects
Delivering tailored interventions to groups or individual students
Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
Leading small group activities under the teachers guidance
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or TA willing to complete HLTA training
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a passion for supporting childrens education
