My client, a respected name in their industry, is searching for a vibrant and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their fantastic team in Chelmsford. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping their workplace culture!

ResponsibilitiesAs the Human Resources Manager, you will:

  • Ensure efficient HR operations and deliver high-quality service to all staff.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organisational goals.
  • Facilitate engaging training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Be the go-to person for HR-related enquiries and concerns, fostering open communication.
  • Manage employee relations issues with confidence, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding talent management.

ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you should have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources managerial role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with HRIT platforms.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Experience in developing HR strategies that support business objectives is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practises in human resources management is advantageous.
