Job Summary

We are looking for an International Payroll Manager to lead a UK Payroll Team, managing employee payments for UK, Malaysian, and French staff, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage the payroll team; conduct performance reviews and training on legislative changes.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HMRC and managing pension contributions and employee benefits.
  • Audit and Accounting: Collaborate with Finance on audits and ensure payroll records and accruals are processed accurately.
  • Data Protection: Ensure compliance with data protection laws and maintain business continuity for payroll processes.
  • Projects and Process Improvement: Participate in the implementation of ADP Workforce Manager and enhance payroll processes with KPIs.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Extensive payroll management experience and team leadership.
  • CIPP Qualified (Level 5 minimum).
  • Proficient in ADP iHCM payroll and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Workday.
