Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team in supporting a client across two locations - Chelmsford and Great Dunmow. This role is split between the two sites (2 days a week on each site) On site parking available

This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent administrative skills, and proficiency in relevant software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including producing offer letters and contracts.
  • Maintaining HR system with data.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll preparation - collating data.

Skills required

  • Proficiency Cascade HR is an essential requirement
  • Experience of HR administration
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Must have minimum CIPD Level 3
