HR Advisor required to join a growing and established organisation. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. The annual salary will be 37,000. There may be some negotiation on this depending on experience.

This is a HR generalist role, working within a small team, and a team player is crucial. All of the HR team, irrelevant of job title are trained to cover payroll and work together to ensure a proactive approach to HR.

A candidate with 2-3 years HR experience, and Level 5 CIPD qualification is ideal. A confident communicator is vital due to the nature of the business, and the variety of stakeholders. A candidate with excellent data utilising a HR system experience is essential.

Duties:

  • Support the recruitment process
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records
  • Ensure employee data is processed and retained
  • Utilise systems and tools to support employee engagement
  • Provide adhoc reports, data, and insights to HR Manager
  • Proactively manage absence across the company and liaise with managers to support proactive management of absence and wellbeing
  • Provide guidance to managers on attendance, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee HR inbox and respond to employee and third-party queries
  • Support initiatives related to health, safety, and employee wellbeing
  • Manage right-to-work expiration alerts and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain and update HR systems
  • Work closely with the Payroll Officer to ensure accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Proactively manage training needs across the business

Experience required:

  • 2-3 years HR experience, ideally at HR Advisor level
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification is desirable
