Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,000 per annum      Reports to:  Managing Director

  • Free on-site parking.
  • 28-day annual leave.

Our sales and business activities stretch across the whole world and have included the creation and operation of highly esteemed events in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Toronto, Dubai, Shanghai and London.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Manager to work in our Chelmsford, Essex location.

Main Responsibilities – Accounts Manager:        

  • Preparing Monthly Management Accounts
  • Sales Ledger System - Raising sales invoices  
  • Allocating funds received  
  • Calculation of monthly sales commissions
  • Purchase Ledger 
  • Banking and supplier payment runs.
  • Quarterly VAT Returns.
  • Assistance with P&L reports
  • Various sales reports

Requirements – Accounts Manager:

  • Minimum five years of experience in relevant accounts role
  • Experience with Xero accounting systems an advantage but not essential
