Kennedys is seeking a meticulous and organised a MDM (Master Data Management) Administrator to join our newly established global MDM team to support the EMEA region. This role will be based in Chelmsford.

The role will be primarily responsible supporting our data checking initiatives that are designed to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance of data held within our conflicts management and new business intake tool, INTAPP and our financial system (Elite3E).

Team

The MDM team ensures global Compliance to our File and Client opening and maintenance process. The team is part of the Business Intelligence unit, with our team includes key roles such as the Global MDM Lead, MDM Team Managers, Local MDM Supervisors, and localised MDM SME's and Data Administrators Teams in the UK, India, and the USA.

Key responsibilities

  • Support fee earners with new business intake activities for EMEA offices
  • Identify and report potential non-compliance with firm policies and procedures for newly created clients and matters
  • Assist in creating and maintaining key master data, including rates, vendors, suppliers, payors, and timekeeping
  • Regularly run reports to ensure master data is consistently, accurately, and standardised.

Required experience

  • Proficiency in using file management software and IT tools
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner and strong writing skills
  • Experience in finance systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
