Exciting Opportunity: Group Project Coordinator – Join a Growing Business in Essex!Salary : OTE up to £30,000 HYBRID We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to take on a pivotal role within our rapidly expanding business. If you're creative, practical, analytical, and ready for a challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a real impact on our internal processes, operations, and overall growth.As the Group Project Coordinator, reporting to the Group Project Manager, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that our internal systems run seamlessly. You will also work closely with our in-house Marketing team and external software providers to make sure everything is working at its best.This role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to have a direct influence on the efficiency of the business while supporting our team with the technology they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Consult with Integrated Interest, our E-Commerce platform provider, to ensure the system runs smoothly, identify improvements, and implement beneficial updates.
  • Internal Software Monitoring: Oversee our internal software platform, Reapit, ensuring it’s operating efficiently, while collaborating with the team on system upgrades.
  • DocuSign Management: Ensure our DocuSign account is performing as expected and manage any enhancements in partnership with their Account Manager.
  • Onboarding Support: Ensure new employees have the tech and software they need from day one, creating a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Internal Systems Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of our telephone system (8x8) and other internal tools.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Resources and Marketing teams to support website and HR functions, as well as develop internal training materials.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and practical approach
  • Basic IT proficiency with an understanding of software systems, websites, and e-marketing platforms
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with third-party account managers and push projects forward
  • Previous project management experience and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Forward-thinking, especially in IT-based solutions and apps
  • Experience in the property sector is a plus but not essential
