A fantastic opportunity for a BI Analyst to join a recognised, household retailer on a permanent basis. As a passionate BI Analyst, you’ll be collaborating across the business to elevate decision-making, using insights and data to build and maintain a cutting-edge BI stack. You will also excel at identifying data "pain points" and identify key performance indicators to enhance performance.As well as a generous basic salary and benefits package, you’ll also benefit from hybrid working - ideally you'll be Essex based with 2 days a week onsite in central London. Key responsibilities:
  • Dive deep into data to identify trends that impact decisions, revealing opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, streamlining manual processes and automating where possible.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by collaborating with tech teams and stakeholders.
  • Empower teams with actionable insights
Experience required:
  • An demonstrable background within Data Analysis
  • Able to record and build reporting data sets, generally as a single or suite of Power BI dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI / Power BI Data Modelling
  • Any knowledge of development in PBI Desktop, Dataflows, DAX and Power Query would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
