Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Powered Access Engineer based in Essex
Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of mobile powered access equipment. This will include scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms.
On Offer:
- 40,000 - 45,000 Basic Salary for a 40 hour week

Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile powered access equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms
- Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- IPAF certification for mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs)
- LOLER certification for thorough examinations of lifting equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel to customer sites
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Relevant certification in mobile powered access equipment maintenance and repair is desirable, CAP (Certified Access Professional) certification preferred.
