***Up to £40,000, Monday - Friday, 30 days holiday***

Injection Moulding Setter - Key Responsibilities:* Maximise production efficiency through technical support and effective troubleshooting.* Carry out quick, efficient tool changes and machine set-ups to minimise downtime.* Execute machine start-ups using setting sheets and stored data, ensuring optimal cycle times and quality.* Report and help resolve moulding or tooling issues with management.* Perform routine maintenance on machines and ancillary equipment.* Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:* Have experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter or Technician.* Possess a strong understanding of moulding machinery and polymers.* Be highly knowledgeable about moulding issues and how to resolve them.* Be capable of performing tool changes and condition setting.* Have experience conducting quality inspections.* Take a flexible, hands-on approach, with a willingness to help where needed.
