Insurance Premium and Claims Handler / Administrator

What the day will look like

You will be responsible for processing Binder Premiums and resolving queries on behalf of your clients with the primary objective of making payments to underwriters as efficiently as possible.

As you develop your career, you’ll be fully supported to take ownership of your own portfolio of clients and engage with a network of contacts to deliver an unrivalled client service on a global scale.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with previous office experience or an insurance background with the following skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
