The role involves handling Public Liability (PL) claims under Delegated Authority for a major International client, who they have a close and long standing relationship with.

It's a Client Facing role with regular engagement with key stakeholders, including Insurers, loss adjusters, and solicitors. Also a hands-on Technical role involving policy interpretation, liability assessment, and negotiation.

The successful Claims Executive will be responsible for end-to-end claims handling, including:

  • Investigating breach of duty and assessing liability.
  • Defending or settling claims through the MOJ portal.
  • Providing technical advice on policy coverage and best practices.
  • Liaising with Insurers, Loss Adjusters, Solicitors, and clients to ensure effective resolution.

To be a successful Claims Executive you will demonstrate:

  • Experience handling casualty claims, particularly Public Liability.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

For the first few months to facilitate your training and to enable you to build your internal network, you will be full-time office-based, after which you can work on a hybrid basis.
