CLAIMS HANDLER - IMMEDIATEÂ STARTÂ
Day to Day of the role:- Assist Casualty Adjusters with administration and accurate data capture.
- Control the lifecycle of files to drive diary management and proactive handling of claims from initiation to conclusion.
- Liaise with insured, insurers, brokers, and third parties to ensure optimum customer service and become a point of contact for interested parties.
- Produce technical reports for Adjusters in compliance with professional standards and service level agreements.
- Ensure time reporting and invoicing is compliant with internal systems and processes.
- Produce Management Information for clients and for internal use, including performance measurement and data integrity.
- Uphold company standards relating to all technical and operational policies and procedures, including data protection and information security.
- Provide account management support.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and queries.
- Undertake other ad hoc work as required.
- Organised and self-motivated with a drive to deliver quality output to deadline.
- Methodical, accurate, and analytical approach to tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
