CLAIMS HANDLER - IMMEDIATE START 

Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist Casualty Adjusters with administration and accurate data capture.
  • Control the lifecycle of files to drive diary management and proactive handling of claims from initiation to conclusion.
  • Liaise with insured, insurers, brokers, and third parties to ensure optimum customer service and become a point of contact for interested parties.
  • Produce technical reports for Adjusters in compliance with professional standards and service level agreements.
  • Ensure time reporting and invoicing is compliant with internal systems and processes.
  • Produce Management Information for clients and for internal use, including performance measurement and data integrity.
  • Uphold company standards relating to all technical and operational policies and procedures, including data protection and information security.
  • Provide account management support.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and queries.
  • Undertake other ad hoc work as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Organised and self-motivated with a drive to deliver quality output to deadline.
  • Methodical, accurate, and analytical approach to tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to establish good working relationships with team members, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure working environment.
  • Driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Flexibility with regards to travel as required.
