Key Responsibilities:
- Review claims against fraud indicators, highlighting and carrying out investigations.
- Manage suspected fraud claims including all aspects of a third party claim from notification through to conclusion.
- Provide excellent claims handling.
- Accurately value injury claims.
- Compile fraud statistic reports.
- Ensure quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard.
- Work closely with legal experts to evolve fraud tactics.
Previous Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of fraud indicators.
- Understanding of Small, Multi and Fast track litigation process including MOJ.
- In-depth awareness of fraud tactics (identification, validation and handling).
- Proficient in investigating and negotiating liability disputes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
