Key Responsibilities:

  • Review claims against fraud indicators, highlighting and carrying out investigations.
  • Manage suspected fraud claims including all aspects of a third party claim from notification through to conclusion.
  • Provide excellent claims handling.
  • Accurately value injury claims.
  • Compile fraud statistic reports.
  • Ensure quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard.
  • Work closely with legal experts to evolve fraud tactics.

Previous Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of fraud indicators.
  • Understanding of Small, Multi and Fast track litigation process including MOJ.
  • In-depth awareness of fraud tactics (identification, validation and handling).
  • Proficient in investigating and negotiating liability disputes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
