The Property & Casualty Underwriter position is based in Chelmsford and offers a salary of up to £40,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
The role involves working with a wide panel of broker partners and developing relationships through the retention of existing business.
Candidates will manage premiums ranging from £5,000 to £50,000 and are expected to visit brokers to enhance business relationships and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience from an Insurer or MGA background in Property or Casualty, or combined, with consideration given to those from a Broker background with strong technical knowledge.
The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as potential progression to Senior Underwriter or management roles.

Experience:

2+ years’ experience from an Insurer or MGA background in either Property or Casualty, or combined
