Vehicle Administrator Spec

Since opening, we have experienced fantastic results and we are looking to expand our leadership team in order to accelerate our success and further enhance the customer journey. Join our Team to manage and coordinate the disposal of our used vehicles as well as management of our new and demonstration vehicles.

We’re looking for someone who can show high levels of attention to detail, a commercial attitude, exceptional organisation skills along with a naturally analytical and inquisitive mind to see where things can be improved to make sure we achieve our goals.

If you have experience of organising or managing stock, had exposure to the motor trade, a passion for premium cars and can show real organisation and analysis skills, then we may have the perfect position for you.

If successful, some of the job roles involved will be:

  • Managing and administering the stock of used and new vehicles in the Store areas
  • Monitoring part exchange vehicles for problems and issues that may affect their value
  • Monitoring and report on the valuation of used vehicles being given and highlight risks or problems
  • Administering and tracking sales of used vehicles on various platforms to ensure they are achieving the agreed sales values
  • Ensuring that used vehicles details are accurate and up to date within our systems
  • Following the process to acquire new vehicles for use within the Store areas
  • Monitoring the performance of used stock and identifying opportunities and risks
  • Advising colleagues within the Store on the used vehicle process and valuations
  • Supporting the Store Leadership team as needed to ensure that colleagues are supported, and store standards remain high

The candidate we would be looking for would preferably have experience in one of the following roles or similar;

- vehicle administration

- sales administrator

- stock administration

- stock management

- used vehicle stock
