The Automotive Bodyshop in Chelmsford is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician for a full-time, permanent position.
The role offers a competitive basic salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, with an additional bonus opportunity of around £3,500.
Candidates must have previous experience in a Paint Sprayer role and be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm, ensuring no weekends or bank holidays for a better work/life balance.
Benefits include 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a company contributory pension scheme, and on-site parking.

Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
ATA would be beneficial
Fully Qualified Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Self-Motivated and a good team player
