Dispute Resolution Solicitor required for our prestigious legal client to work from their Chelmsford office. It is essential that you possess 1-to-5-year PQE but would also consider a NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor, to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team. Our client is looking to grow their Dispute resolution team and this is a great opportunity for an experienced dispute resolution solicitor who wants to develop their career even further within dispute resolution. The successful candidate will be a lawyer with proven experience in handling commercial dispute resolution work, together with experience of developing and leading a team.

The Role:

  • Play a strong part of the highly driven Dispute Resolution Team
  • Advising on all types of professional and commercial disputes as well as private client matters
  • Providing practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward when trying to resolve disputes.
  • Advising on varied disputes to companies, businesses and individuals regarding Contractual claims, debt collection, Property disputes, Shareholder and corporate disputes, Professional negligence claims, partnership disputes, insolvency and Construction
  • Be well supported in developing your own caseload and career.
  • The role will involve marketing and business development

The Person

  • New Qualified or experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 1 PQE up to 5 PQE
  • Proven experience in handling a mixed caseload of commercial and private client dispute resolution work
  • Ideally you will have experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes as well as other property disputes.
  • Must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours when required and preferably have own vehicle.
