Litigation Lawyer - Successful Legal Practice - Chelmsford, Essex / Hybrid - Competitive Salary
We are on the hunt for an ambitious qualified Litigation Lawyer / Solicitor / Legal Executive, ideally with 4 years+ PQE, to join a highly reputable legal practice as a Litigation Lawyer.
Working directly with the MD and a team of lawyers, you will be dealing with both new and existing clients, offering expert, commercially minded legal advice and ensuring that top-class services are consistently provided.
With sound knowledge of litigation you will proactively advise commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters.
Key responsibilities as the Litigation Lawyer will include:
- Dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency and commercial litigation
- Building and maintaining strong relations with referrers and clients
- Ensuring clients have the confidence to instruct the firm to solve their problems
- Undertaking business development activities to help grow the business

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive (ideally 4 years+ PQE)
- Sound knowledge of litigation
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Driven to provide the highest level of client service at all times
- Focused and hard working attitude
- Eagerness to develop your legal career and progress quickly
- Proactive nature
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- IT literate
