Medical Negligence Solicitor - Essex

This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and thriving full-service practice. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with hybrid and flexible working. Based in Chelmsford, Essex this is an exciting opportunity for a Medical/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to further develop their career.

This role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

The role

  • Managing a diverse and complex caseload of Clinical/Medical Negligence matters under limited supervision up to trial
  • Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team
  • Positively contributing to the department's precedent and knowledge work
  • Dealing with inquests

Applications are welcome from Medical/ Clinical Negligence Solicitors or Legal Executives with the following

  • A clean and current practising certificate
  • Previous experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of PQE
  • People management and supervisory experience
  • Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in complex medical/clinical negligence work
  • Strong communication and client care skills
