Residential Property Lawyer - Chelmsford, Essex

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of Residential Property matters, including:
    • Sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold.
    • Transfers of equity, shared ownership, re-mortgages.
    • New builds (experience advantageous but not necessary).
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Monitor, support, and delegate work to junior staff, including paralegals.
