Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of Residential Property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold.
- Transfers of equity, shared ownership, re-mortgages.
- New builds (experience advantageous but not necessary).
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
- Monitor, support, and delegate work to junior staff, including paralegals.

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ PQE.
- Proven experience in residential property law
- Provide technical support to junior team members and share developments in residential property law with the wider team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
