The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions
  • Conducting title checks, preparing reports, and drafting contracts
  • Managing key deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing a high level of client service and maintaining strong client relationships
