- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions
- Conducting title checks, preparing reports, and drafting contracts
- Managing key deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing a high level of client service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
