Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately diagnosing faults with machinery, servicing and emergency repairs.
  • Work independently in a safe manner on customers sites.
  • Work on both customer and the company’s owned machines to ensure they are in full working order.
  • Communicate well with customers and internal colleagues.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly.

Skills and Experience required

  • Experience with Materials Handling and heavy-duty machinery i.e. forklifts, trucks etc.
  • Experience working on hydraulic systems.
  • Experience working mechanical or electrical systems.
  • A customer and client focused approach.
  • Work on sites adhering to health and safety regulations
