This Insurer is seeking expert Claims Professionals covering all sectors of Insurance.

The role involves a varied collaboration of client management, technical expertise, and teamwork.

You will be involved in various interesting and demanding duties including:

  • Handling Claims: Communicating with clients, brokers, and insurers to keep updated on the financial conclusion of losses.
  • Administrative Tasks: Setting up new claims, processing collections, and maintaining accurate records across the business
  • Initiating Correspondence and Reports, for review. Preparing letters, emails, and administration, as well as reports to support decisions and maintain client expectations.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Following company policies and regulatory requirements in all claims-related activities.
  • Building Relationships: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and attending client, broker, or underwriter meetings as needed.
  • Developing Expertise: Keeping up to date with industry developments, legal changes, and regulations.

As a Claims Professional you will have knowledge and experience of:

  • Claims handling or a client-facing role in the insurance industry.
  • A good understanding of insurance principles and claims processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues optimally.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, especially under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Resilience and calmness under pressure, with a flexible attitude.
  • The ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative independently.
