The Role:
- Perform detailed inspections and assessments of damaged vehicles.
- Accurately estimate damage, negotiate repair costs, complete vehicle valuations, and compile thorough reports.
- Maintain high service standards and adhere to reporting deadlines.
- Work independently with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold ATA VDA or IAEA qualifications or be working towards them.
- Possess AQP qualification for salvage categorisation.
- Approach work methodically with exceptional accuracy.
- Be familiar with modern repair techniques and estimating systems.
- Have outstanding communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Understand the motor insurance claims process.
