Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer to develop probe capabilities for testing CCD/CMOS wafers. The ideal candidate will optimize design for manufacture (DFM), assist in prototyping new products, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop probe capabilities for CCD/CMOS wafer testing.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineers to optimize DFM.
  • Write procedures for prototyping new products.
  • Improve existing manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Generate SAP ME routings from manufacturing flow diagrams.
  • Ensure documentation is approved through Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
  • Manage production and information flow.
  • Support production trials and complete necessary documentation.
  • Follow New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience in production/manufacturing and process development.
  • Problem-solving skills with documented results.
  • Team player with strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • HNC in Engineering or Physics, or equivalent experience.

Desirable:

  • Experience in electronics product manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
