Pursuit Group are on the lookout for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their client's team, located in Chelmsford.

You will be ensuring that clients receive a professional service. You'll be a team player and have a flexible approach to completing all tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the client onboarding process of new clients
  • General office presentation
  • Post incoming and outgoing
  • Keeping up to date all hard copy filing systems as well as electronic records
  • Monthly client requests and reminders
  • Sending out documents for electronic signature
  • Stationery orders
  • Scanning / photocopying
  • Organising files for archiving
  • Updating database
  • Communicating with staff and clients in a professional manner
  • Archiving electronic and physical documents
  • Assisting with the client onboarding process of new clients
