A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting an Office Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying 25,000 per annum.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily data entry
- Answering the telephone and handling customer queries
- Keeping customers updated about their orders via phone and email
- Taking and processing sales orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date computer records
- Supporting our customer service and accounts departments
- General office duties
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office Assistant position:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administration or office experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft packages
- Someone who enjoys assisting customers
