I am working exclusively with a growing organisation who are looking for a Trainee Operations Assistant. Job Purpose:Assisting the Operations Team to ensure the successful delivery of works & client terms & achieving labour, efficiency & profit targets.Main Duties:
  • Assist the Operations Team in the planning, strategising, reviewing, quoting and operational delivery of client portfolio.                                                         
  • Assist in ensuring effective methods are in place so that contracted works are delivered to maximum productivity level.                                                         
  • Liaise with Contract Engineers where necessary regarding the successful delivery of works and appropriate paperwork.                                                  
  • Support the Operations Team in managing the customer experience, delivering efficiencies and service improvements, including handling any complaints.                                                                                                    
  • Liaise with other teams regarding labour resource requirements to ensure client demands are met and to maintain efficiency targets.     
  • Assisting with quotations and processing orders                                                   
  • Track all works and work on future growth areas, highlighting areas to grow, sites to quote for etc.                                              
  • Ensure job numbers are allocated to all quotations, recording all relevant details from sales enquiries including materials.                                                                                       
  • Assist the Operations Team to organise & schedule relevant PTL operational staff to attend site surveys at client request.                                                    
  • Assist the Operations Team to produce quotations in accordance with company procedure & in a timely manner.                                                                                                                                           
  • Assist the Operations Team in ensuring all paperwork is collated from the onsite team.                                                                                         
  • Assist Operations Team in issuing final reports to clients in agreed timeframes.                                                
  • Assist the Operations Team in managing incoming reporting issues & liaise with the relevant Contract Engineer.
