Senior Site Manager (Tier 1)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Leading and motivating the site team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe working environment
- Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
- Implementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met
- Keeping a sharp eye on health and safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety on-site
They're looking for you to have:
- Significant experience in the main contracting market as the Senior Site Manager
- Experience of working on either Education, Healthcare, Leisure & or Healthcare schemes
- Experience of running projects as the no1
- You will be educated to a degree, HNC/HND level
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
