With a strong reputation in the industry, they undertake projects up to 2 million in value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain open communication with clientsand project managers, providing regular progress updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
