I am working with a Main Contractor with a turnover of around 50m. They work across multiple types of projects including New Build, refurbishment, and Maintenance and jobs range from 50k to 6m.

They are lookoing for a Site Manager who has experience with Refurbishment schemes. The work will involve stripping units back to shell or fitting out or possibly both. The work will involve Commercial, Retail and Industrial units.

Work is all within about 15 miles of Chelmsford.
