Role Purpose

As a Marketing Project Assistant, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This pivotal role ensures cross-functional collaboration, timely project delivery, and alignment with business objectives. We're looking for a candidate with strong project management and marketing expertise, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Evaluation / KPIs

  • Successful production of catalogues.
  • Execution and success of exhibitions.
  • Delivery of clear, concise, and high-quality graphics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the main point of contact between the marketing team and other departments (Sales, Product, Operations).
    • Manage expectations, deliver regular updates, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage marketing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
    • Delegate tasks and ensure accountability within the team.
    • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
    • Identify and address risks, creating mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing teams (content, creative, digital) to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
    • Coordinate resources, including designers, writers, external vendors, and freelancers.
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all campaign deliverables (social media, email, web, etc.).
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
    • Track expenses, forecast budget needs, and report any changes to management.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare post-campaign reports and present insights to key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously optimize project management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
    • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for streamlined workflows.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Develop marketing plans for products or the entire organization.
    • Assign projects based on team members' skill sets and availability.
    • Collect and update sector-related project data and information.
    • Prepare and format bids for marketing initiatives.

Working Relations

  • Organisational Reporting:
    • Reports to: Managing Director
    • Collaborates with: Sales and Marketing Managers (Group)
  • Internal Relations:
    • Works with various departments, including production, design, and operations, at the factory and site levels.
  • External Relations:
    • Coordinates with external suppliers and service providers.
