Based in Chelmsford, Essex, this high-performing organization invests significantly in its team and is now looking to expand their marketing department due to impressive business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create content by designing visually appealing posts using tools such as Canva.
- Produce captivating videos with CapCut or similar editing software.
- Assist in managing platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns.
- Track and report on key metrics like engagement rates and follower growth.
Your Background & Skills:
- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and design.
- Proficient in Canva and have some experience with CapCut (or similar tools).
- A genuine passion for social media, with some hands-on experience.
- A basic understanding of trends across social media platforms.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus but not essential.
- A proactive self-starter with a keen desire to learn and develop.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
- Openness to flexible working hours and travel opportunities.
