The Building Services Engineer's key responsibilities will include:
- Using IESVE to assist in the mechanical engineering aspects of building services projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with the engineering principal and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and project success.
- Review tenders and prepare tender reports and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Contributing to the training of junior team members.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this building services role:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in building services engineering.
- Proficient using IES and Amtech software.
- (Ideally) experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiar with building regulation, legislation, CIBSE guides and sustainability practices.
- Based in or around Essex.
