We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Project and Commissioning Engineer to join our clients expanding team. This role offers opportunities for personal development and involvement in a variety of exciting multi-million poundprojects.
Key Responsibilities
As an E&I Project and Commissioning Engineer, you will:
- Provide expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation systems for projects within the Water Industry.
- Lead Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation projects from concept to completion.
- Assist in the development and review of Electrical and Instrumentation designs.
- Manage installation and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain commissioning documentation.
- Attend and lead regular meetings with stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates with experience in the following:
- Proficiency in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems, including reading and working with electrical drawings and key documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical system installations, MCCs (Motor Control Centres), and control panels.
- Experience in project engineering or similar roles.
- Ability to manage installation and commissioning activities and resolve issues during the process.
- Background in the clean and wastewater industry (preferred but not essential).
- Candidates must hold full right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
