Currently working with a client in Essex currently hiring for a Lead Building Surveyor position with a focus on delivering proactive structural and tenant safety surveying.
The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within Local Authorities and Housing Associations to assess structural and safety issues brought forward in all properties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all properties are safe, clean and habitable
- Regularly report and schedule works, oversee from inception to completion
- structural issues including damp and Mould, Disrepairs
- Deal with contractors carrying out works
Requirements
- Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HND
- Expereince across wide array of surveying
