About the role of a Technical Manager
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for looking after 1-3 sites at different phases. Manage of the external design team and specialist consultants to ensure that all construction documents are provided within the agree development programes. Comply with contract, regulations, and administration systems in force at the time. Keeping up to date with the correct building products and techniques.
Requirements for a Technical Manager
- Experience with a housing developer
- Worked in a managerial role
- Able to work 2-3 sites at a time
