Technical Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the delivery and management of Working Drawing projects within the technical team
- Collaborate on fee proposal preparations
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure seamless communication
- Drive business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships
- Conduct site visits and appraisals, ensuring project feasibility and excellence
- Review and check drawings/information to maintain high-quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering growth within the team
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- A keen understanding of commercial dynamics in the housing sector
- Exceptional technical skills related to housing delivery for housebuilders
- A dedication to teamwork and a proactive, hardworking approach
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software.
