Location: Ideally based South East, however remote working considered
Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 + up to 20% bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid or electric company car OR £5300 - £7500 car allowance + pension & 20 days annual leave
The role of the Technical Project Manager Rail GRP Products will involve:
- Technical Project Manager position dealing with a high quality range of GRP products for the rail sector including: platforms, rail infrastructure, platform panels, walkways, ballast retention, gates, barriers, trench covers etc
- Interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications to provide accurate quotations and make product recommendations
- Providing technical guidance to subcontractors and general contractors
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers
- Liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Providing regular updates around opportunities, projects, values, and material requirements to ensure stock levels can be replenished
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Project Manager Rail GRP Products with:
- Must have 5+ years technical experience within the rail industry
- Ideally will have technical engineering experience or similar (technical manager / design engineer)
- Ideally will be degree level educated within an engineering or related qualification
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license
- Project led with an ability to think laterally
- Technically capable, ability to assist with designing solutions to clients needs
