Medical Admin Assistant
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: 12ph
Contract Type: Part time

Are you a personable, flexible, and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? Our client is seeking a Medical Admin Assistant to provide vital support to our Medical Secretaries, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing, archiving, and photocopying documents
  • Minute-taking for meetings as required
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings (both in-person and remotely)
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with governance standards
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act and company policies
  • Updating patient information within Priory database systems with accuracy
  • Organizing and filing documentation to support financial auditing processes

What We're Looking For:

  • GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent
  • Excellent keyboard and IT skills, with proficiency in standard office applications
  • An understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
